The official Randolph Clinic page lists 221 3rd Street West, JBSA-Randolph. Its published hours are 7:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, and 9:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m. Wednesday.
Use the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal link on that page or call the listed Consult and Appointment Management Office at 210-916-9900. Explain that you are visiting on TDY and ask which clinic should handle your appointment. A building's opening hours do not establish appointment availability.
