If you need routine dental care during training at Randolph, arrange it with the clinic rather than assuming that an annual exam, a sick-call visit and specialty care use the same process.

Contact, location and published hours

The official Randolph Dental page lists the active-duty clinic at 210-652-1846, on the second floor of Randolph Clinic, 221 3rd Street West.

Published hours are 7:30 a.m.–4 p.m. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, and 9:30 a.m.–4 p.m. Wednesday. Call the dental front desk for routine appointments. The clinic asks patients to arrive 15 minutes before their appointment.

Sick call and eligibility

The same source lists walk-in sick call at 7:30 a.m. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, and 9:30 a.m. Wednesday. Care is prioritized by urgency; arrival does not guarantee immediate treatment. Ask the clinic about your eligibility, especially if you are visiting on TDY or are not active duty.
